JP is our Multimedia Producer at Sojourners.

You can follow his work on the Sojourners Video Page. As an award-winning multimedia producer he works on a variety of projects. Whether through animation, motion graphics, documentary, or graphic design he loves being able to tell stories through a variety of formats. He's traveled and shot for various award-winning documentary projects and he's most passionate mixing documentary film and social justice issues to inspire others around the United States. He's also always open to throwing the frisbee around if you're in DC.

He leads Sojourners media team online and continues to find new ways to share Sojourners' work. With a quick explainer video or a simple infographic, he loves making the complex simple.

First started in 2013, the Carnival de Resistance is a traveling arts carnival using dance, music, participatory theater, and fire performance to recover the ecological themes in the gospels and the Hebrew scriptures. During the carnival, midway games, costumed characters, and theater performance under the big top "enchant people of all ages with a holy wildness that questions faith in progress and technology."
