Prayer of the Day: For immigration reform

Lord of all people, God of all nations, we pray for just and humane immigration reform. Even as we love and serve our neighbors--including those immigrants who live among us, make up our communities, contribute to our churches and societies--we pray that you would, by your Spirit, give our political leaders wisdom and discernment to know what is right and good and just, and the boldness, courage, and spiritual and moral strength to see it through. Amen.
