U.S. Border Patrol agents recovered a life-size statue of the crucified Christ, without his cross, washed up on a sandbar in the Rio Grande. While local police looked for the owner, faithful from across the Southwest visited the statue, which they dubbed the "Christ of the Undocumented," in the police evidence locker.
