Matt Reynolds is a candidate for a Masters in Science in Journalism at Northwestern University covering politics and national security. Before graduate school, he covered several high-profile criminal and civil trials in Los Angeles for Courthouse News Service, including the Grim Sleeper serial murders and the Blurred Lines copyright case. As an undergraduate, he studied filmmaking at the University of Westminster in London. He was born in the United Kingdom and has lived in the United States since 2004.
