WATCH: President Obama Slow Jams His Legacy with Jimmy Fallon

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

President Barack Obama joined The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Thursday night to read off a list of his two-terms worth of accomplishments — slow-jam style.

"As president I'm proud of the many progressive steps that our country has taken in recent years both socially and environmentally," Obama said. "The United States has been a leader in developing clean energy to ensure the health of our planet for future generations. Thanks to the Affordable Care Act, an additional 20 million Americans now have access to quality health care. And same-sex couples across the country now have a constitutional right to marriage.

"In short, climate change is real, health care is affordable, and love is love."

Echoing the thoughts of many, The Roots' Black Thought added to the jam: "His first two terms ended in such a hurry. Wish he could go for three like my man Steph Curry."

Obama responded, "There will be no third term. I can't stay forever. Besides, Daddy's got a Hawaiian vacation booked in about 223 days. But who's counting?"
