Prayer of the Day: A Song to Praise Your Name

God of life, may our lives be a song that praises your son's name through all that we say and do. Grant us prudence to know that your son's command to love you and our neighbor also includes the command to love oneself. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one god, forever and ever. Amen.
