Prayer of the Day: Proverbs 30:8-9

We pray: Remove from us falsehood and lying; give us neither poverty nor riches; feed us with the food we need, or we may be full, and deny you, and say "Who is the Lord?" or we shall be poor, and steal, and profane the name of our God. Keep us humble and mindful of you, of your provision, of your mercy. You are the Giver of life and of all good things, and all we have is yours. May we be good and responsible stewards of all you give us, material and otherwise. In Jesus' name, amen.
