Prayer of the Day: Human Rights Day

We pray for those people all over the world, whose human rights are disrespected, denigrated, and left undefended. We ask that your grace and strength would be with those men, women and children. And empower those of us who have these same basic liberties and freedoms to stand up and speak out for those whose voices are stifled or ignored. May we remember that all are made in your image, that every person was created by you and worthy of dignity and honor, and that every person is worth defending.
