Heavenly God, your Son showed special love for children, as he taught us to be childlike in faith, and joyfully wonder at your blessings and grace. Grant us the grace to recognize your presence in the suffering of the poor and the powerless. Empower us with your Spirit to share the love of Jesus Christ through our words and actions. Amen.
