God of justice, give us the wisdom to recognize the gifts of those around us and to encourage them to use these gifts in a way that proclaims your kingdom. Empower us by your Spirit to stand up for your goodness and truth, trusting in your sovereignty to prevail over persecution and oppression in our world today. Amen.
