God, we continue to lift up the Qinghai province of China, where the death toll from last week's earthquake has risen to 2,000. We continue to mourn for those lives that have been lost. We pray for your grace to fall upon those who have lost loved ones, on those who are still searching for missing family and friends, and on those involved in the rescue and relief effort. We ask also for discernment for the government in how best to respond to and recover from this disaster. Amen.
