Super Tuesday ended with big wins for Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, but New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is the one making headlines, despite the fact that he dropped out of the presidential race last month.

Six New Jersey newspaper editorial boards — citing a Monday news conference during which Christie refused to answer questions — are now calling on the governor to resign. From the Asbury Park Press:

We’re fed up with Gov. Chris Christie’s arrogance.

We’re fed up with his opportunism.

We’re fed up with his hypocrisy.

We’re fed up with his sarcasm.

We’re fed up with his long neglect of the state to pursue his own selfish agenda.

The editorial also pointed to Christie's endorsement of Trump last week, and subsequent time spent stumping for the Republican frontrunner. From USA Today:

The joint editorial notes that Christie spent part of 261 days out of state last year and traveled out of state to endorse Trump and campaign with him after he quit the race Feb. 10.

"For the good of the state, it’s time for Christie to do his long-neglected constituents a favor and resign as governor. If he refuses, citizens should initiate a recall effort," the editorial said.

Christie introduced the Trump at a Virginia rally Tuesday evening — and an Internet full of screenshot-ers took it from there.
