Budrus: It Takes a Village to Unite A People

By Becky Garrison 10-18-2010

101018-budrusNicholas Kristof dubbed the film Budrus, "this year's must-see documentary," noting that the film provides "a riveting window into what might be possible if Palestinians adopted civil disobedience on a huge scale." I caught Budrus at the 2010 Tribeca Film Festival, and my interview with director Julia Bacha will be appearing in a future issue of Sojourners.

Check out the Just Vision's website for additional screenings.

In the meantime, watch the trailer for this compelling documentary.
