Jazmin Kreimer is a Los Angeles-based attorney with over a decade of experience working with private, nonprofit, government, and multilateral organizations, on humanitarian, civil rights, and human rights issues. Her dedication to understanding diverse perspectives and advocating for justice was ignited during early roles at a U.S. District Court and with the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR).
Launching her career at the U.S. Department of State, Jazmin managed grant programs and shaped policies to protect and assist refugees across numerous African countries. Her commitment to addressing global human rights challenges continued at International Justice Mission, where she led the development of grant proposals for criminal justice reform projects combating human rights abuses around the world.
In her current role as More in Common's head of development, Jazmin serves on the U.S. leadership team, driving the planning and execution of the U.S. fundraising strategy. Beyond fundraising, she actively contributes to More in Common’s global organizational development efforts, emphasizing continuous learning, helping shape how impact is measured and communicated, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
