Is not this the fast that I choose: to loose the bonds of injustice, to undo the straps of the yoke,
to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke?

Voice of the day
It is our duty to fight for our freedom. / It is our duty to win. / We must love each other and support each other. / We have nothing to lose but our chains.
Prayer of the day
Let us set one another free in love. May our fight be for the liberation of all.
