Ralph Cole lives in Boston, where he is a parishioner, and on the vestry and the (mission) outreach leadership committee at Trinity Church Boston. Ralph is also a board member of City Mission Boston, a 200-year-old faith community of change makers, justice seekers and pioneers in education, poverty reduction and women's programs, with a focus on catching homelessness for families and children far enough upstream to prevent its occurrence.
Professionally, Ralph is a real estate developer / project manager, for both new construction and historic rehabilitation developments, with a major concentration on affordable housing, neighborhood redevelopment and restoration, and permanent housing solutions for homeless individuals and families.

Why Race Matters in Boston

There is change for racial justice and equity in the air in Boston, to an extent that I previously only hoped for but could not heretofore have envisioned. And as I look ahead to attending Sojourners’ upcoming leadership Summit, which focuses on the intersections and implications of race across numerous justice issues, I expect and pray for change to be in the air in D.C., and that the same winds may fill our sails in June.
