I have just finished reading Rose Marie Berger's excellent article ("A Devout Meditation in Memory of Timothy McVeigh," September-October 2001). It is a most thought-provoking article that challenges us to discover and/or re-think our spiritual and moral stances on the subject of capital punishment.
