Voting Rights Workshop

Sandy Ovalle Martinez and Lauren W. Reliford, MSW will lead a workshop on voting rights. In this workshop participants will explore a history of our voting rights and the current state of voting across the country with an emphasis in Ohio. We will explore the sacredness of voting and identify the current threats to this right. Participants will learn their voting rights and engage with tools to help their communities organize registration drives, join poll chaplaincy networks, and provide access to the polls to disenfranchised individuals.
