Cindy Muñoz, 30, tends to Moravia's public garden on top of the "Morro," what used to be a 60-meter-high mountain of garbage. Muñoz's parents were displaced people who built a home in Medellín's garbage mountain decades ago and Muñoz herself grew up on the "Morro," which she now works to support.
