Sojourners magazine was recently recognized as the best general interest magazine by two leading religious press organizations for the second straight year. We were honored to receive the "Best in Class" award from both the Evangelical Press Association and the Associated Church Press. In total, we received 27 honors, including 10 first-place awards, 4 second-place awards, and 13 other awards.
Behind the scenes we spend many hours planning, soliciting, composing, and editing the articles that you see in our pages and on our Web site. (Click here to watch a video of the making of one issue of Sojourners magazine, and take a virtual look inside our pages.) We've also expanded our online efforts to bring you Web extras such as video and audio interviews, expanded content, and resource lists.
We couldn't have accomplished any of this without you, our readers and supporters, so we're happy to celebrate these awards with you. (Become a Facebook fan of Sojourners and get the latest updates direct from our editorial team.)
