Labor Party

BRAVO ON YOUR special issue on the church and labor ("Good Works," September-October 1998). One omission was any mention of the Labor Party, an alternative to the twin parties of big business. The slogan at the Labor Party's 1996 founding convention was, "The bosses have two parties. Now we have one of our own." For the first time in some 70 years, a party now exists that will fight for the rights of working women and men. For more information, contact the Labor Party at P.O. Box 53177, Washington, DC 20009.
