Rose Urankar is a former advertising sales manager at Sojourners. She has a B.A. in theology and American studies from Notre Dame, where she was business manager of the University of Notre Dame Folk Choir, among other activities. She served most recently as the programs associate at Franciscan Mission Service in D.C., where she wrote the weekly newsletter, led recruitment efforts, and planned special events; and before that as assistant elementary school teacher in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
