You are correct, everyone SHOULD make their own choices and pay for it themselves.  Forcing a religous organization to pay for something against their belief system is not allowing the individual to make their own choice, because they are not paying for it. duh.  The Catholics should not be forced to offer it, and that is just part of the individuals career choice; they can CHOOSE to work elsewhere if there values are not aligned or they can pay for it themselves.  Also, why is birth control critical to women's health?  Perhaps there are a few with critical conditions, but why for the rest?

You just don't get it, no one is telling you what to do.  You are more than welcome to go down to the drugstore and buy your pills.  My wife does.  Why can't you?  why should the taxpayer pay for your pills? or condoms for that matter?  Unless you have a validated medical condition it is not critical women's health care.  Its like buying toothpaste, do you want your healthcare plan to pay for that also, because it is after all a preventative measure to brush your teeth. :-)

Your comparing apples and oranges.  These employers happen to be a religious organization; it violates their core beliefs and their employees should be clear on what the beliefs of the organization are or they should get a job somewhere else.  This is a constitutional issue, and only the beginning of their tyranny if we let this slide.  All of us will be affected.

We have an all "volunteer" force so Draft would not be needed.  The key word is "volunteer". the folks who sign up then claim "pacifists views"  are just cowards.  If they had this view, they should not have joined up...helloooo, its the military...fight and win America's wars and/or defend our sovereign borders.  Its not a social program where you get a free ride and education dollars.

First, help me understand how the Hoekstra add is racist, or how it gets worse on the website? I don't see it at all, and please don't give me a response that I am racist therefore don't see it, because I am not. I want you to specifically identify the racism. He is stating the truth that we are becoming dependent upon China and that is a very bad thing.

Second, I have been all over the world and had the opportunity to enjoy, learn, and respect various cultures in those countries. However, you speak of diversity and multiculturalism in one country as if its a good thing. Wrong. Very bad. Just look at Europe; it is tearing them apart. We need to have a common culture and goals. This is supposed to be a melting pot, in other words, one comes to America to be American and assimilate, not I want the benefits but also want you to accomodate me? No. I respect other cultures in their element, but believe those who come here need to blend to us, otherwise why did you come here? Also, keep in mind that "diversity" is what allowed slavery to continue in the U.S. for too long, different core values and goals.

First, thank you for your correct interpretation of our commandment "Though shall not MURDER".  It is NOT "Though shall not kill", as we have perpetuated.  The actual translation is as you stated.   So, what is the difference?   Well, murder is when you take the life of an innocent.  There is no self-defense involved or threat to your life, which would fall under the "kill" category.  I wouldn't classify "inconvenience" as a threat or requiring self defense, so I would classify the taking of an innocent unborn as MURDER, and in direct violation of one of our sacred commandments.  If you don't want to be inconvenienced, then keep the zippers in the up position.

Obviously, a miscarriage is not controlled by the woman, and it doesn't happen by "accident", it happens because something is wrong.  If it was controlled by the woman, you cannot call it a miscarriage...we call that an "abortion", which is willful expulsion of the fetus, embryo, baby, etc.  Most arguments against personhood are ridiculous at best.

Just to make sure I cover all bases...When we execute someone for commiting horrendous crimes such as "murdering" a whole family...we are "killing" them in a matter of societal self-defense to prevent them from doing it again (someone capable of that cannot be rehabilitated, thats nothing but garbage).
