More Than 600 National Leaders To Converge On Washington To Urge Congress To Act On Immigration Reform

With immigration the next big topic before Congress, top faith, law enforcement, agricultural, and business leaders are heading to Washington, D.C. from around the nation to push for reform, according to Americans for Reform (AFR), the group coordinating the effort. These leaders -- including a large delegation from California -- will meet in the nations capital on Tuesday, October 29, for an event sponsored by the Partnership for a New American Economy, the Bibles, Badges and Business for Immigration Reform network, FWD.US, the California Strawberry Commission, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
