Circle of Protection Releases Open Letter to the President and Congress

 

Washington, D.C.— Leaders from the Circle of Protection will hold a press call on Tuesday, November 20th, to release an open letter to Congress and the President. The letter calls on leaders to protect the poor in their deficit talks in the upcoming fiscal cliff negotiations. Participants on the call will discuss legislative action and a call to advocacy for the poor in connection with the traditional holiday food baskets.
