We liked Lynne Hybel's February 2013 column "Aren't We Supposed to Be Peacemakers?" so much that we created a church sign about it! Some messages are worth retelling.

In a world tormented by violence and war, the gospel reminds Christians to faithfully answer the call of peacemaking. In this powerful article, Lynne still chooses to follow the “Prince of Peace,” even (especially) after witnessing the heartbreaking realities of war.

I understand that comments reported as abusive are reviewed by Sojourners staff and are subject to removal. Repeat offenders will be blocked from making further comments. (Proverbs 18:7)
